Introduction to Vegan Living
This 1-hour class is an introduction to vegan living for people who are new to the lifestyle or are curious about the benefits it offers. In an informal setting with tasty vegan snacks, you will find out more about:
- benefits of a plant-based diet
- meeting nutritional needs as a vegan
- vegan cooking and menu-planning tips
- how to cope with social issues such as questions from friends, dining out, etc.
After the talk you will have a chance to ask questions. The sessions are obligation free and no purchase is required; for catering purposes you do need to book and make a commitment to attend.
